Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant Head to lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of our manufacturing facility in Talod, Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring strong expertise in FMCG / Food Industry operations and proven experience in managing large-scale plant functions.
Location: Talod, Gujarat
Budget: Open (Range can be 12 – 18 LPA)
Experience Range: At least 15 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations including production, packaging, planning, scheduling, inventory management, cost control, quality control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Implement best practices in resource optimization, safety, and quality assurance.
- Oversee the effective use of ERP systems (Odoo preferred) for planning and execution.
- Provide strategic direction for capacity planning and plant growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse workforce, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Partner with senior management to align plant operations with business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
.Around 10 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing plants.
Should have worked with FMCG companies / Food Industry before.
This person will head all the plan operations including but not limited to (production, packaging, planning, scheduling, inventory, cost control, quality control, forecasting, reporting, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree is a must. Master’s degree would be preferred.
The person should be willing to relocate to Talod, Gujarat. This is a WFO role.
The plan head is going to be the brain behind all the factory operations.
Proficiency in the ERP system is a must (Odoo is preferred).
The person should have strong leadership and team management skills.
