Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities across the company. The ideal candidate will act as a central coordination point between multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient process flow, and timely execution of tasks related to sales, marketing, e-commerce, and customer service.
Location: Ahmedabad
Budget: Upto 3.6lpa
Experience Range: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle queries related to the internal HRMS system (Odoo)
- Coordinate monthly payroll process in liaison with the HR Manager
- Serve as the point of contact (POC) for design vendor for marketing material requirements
- Manage customer service operations, ensuring prompt and professional communication
- Oversee e-commerce operations across platforms including Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Uniware, and Amazon
- Monitor and respond to emails related to E-Commerce
- Oversee Swiggy and Zomato operations, ensuring smooth listing, order, and fulfillment processes
- Coordinate with franchise partners for any operational support or query resolution
- Supervise and maintain efficient customer service operations
- Handle all the incoming calls from existing & potential customers, and resolve their queries related to orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or e-commerce coordination
- Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Razorpay, Shiprocket, Uniware, Swiggy, Zomato, and Petpooja preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills (Hindi, English & Gujarati Mandatory)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Google workspace
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability towards assigned tasks
- Demonstrates discipline, time management, and the ability to follow through on instructions without repeated supervision
- Proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset — not just executing tasks but thinking about the why behind them
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a food manufacturing company
- Working knowledge of Odoo ERP for managing employee and operational data
