About the Role:
As a Service Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving queries, and offering end-to-end support through inbound communication channels. This is a customer-focused position that requires patience, efficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve product or service-related queries.
- Provide accurate information on products, warranties, and service requests.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of complaints.
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards and company policies.
- Strive to enhance customer experience through courteous and proactive communication.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service / inbound support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over English and Hindi.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
