About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have strong design expertise with proven experience in branding and packaging for FMCG/consumer-facing industries. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that balance creativity, market appeal, and regulatory accuracy.
Location: Ahmedabad
Budget: 3.6 LPA to 4.8 LPA
Experience Range: 3+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create designs for packaging formats including pouches, bottles, cartons, and labels.
- Develop and execute creative designs aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into impactful visual concepts.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory guidelines while maintaining visual appeal.
- Apply a strong understanding of color psychology to enhance brand recognition and consumer engagement.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all creative deliverables.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CorelDraw
- Knowledge of packaging formats (pouches, bottles, cartons, labels)
- Creativity with a balance of market appeal and regulatory accuracy
- Good understanding of color psychology
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding work
