We are currently seeking a talented and creative Assistant Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team. As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our portable cold storage solutions to clients in industries such as pharma, dairy, chemical, and automobiles. Your primary objective will be to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness Create engaging content for social media, website, blogs, email campaigns and others Optimize company’s own website, IndiaMart website, TradeIndia, and other platforms timely Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising Coordinate with external agencies for design, printing, and other marketing collateral production Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with their needs and provide necessary support Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, report on key metrics, and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement to immediate supervisor Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services, effectively communicating the value proposition to potential customers Coordinate, prepare, and actively participate in exhibitions and relevant business events to promote our
products and services In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other tasks as and when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in B2B environments
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. Semrush, Similarweb)
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Fluency in local language / willingness to travel when required would be plus
