The role holder will primarily manage the FLM’s and drive the team and implement the sales plan to achieve  the desired objectives for the assigned Bank. The role holder has direct responsibility for business generation and  profitability targets.

Responsibility is to enhance business in Agency/Tied channel through efficient handling of Branch. Managing a team of Sales Managers and BAs to ensure accurate functioning of Operations & Branch activities. 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Handling the Branch and Sales team i.e. FLS (Front Line Sales) 

• To develop the agency channel in the branch and complete the targets 

• Skills to identify potential customers 

• Driving business of Life Insurance 

• Responsible for recruitment & training of FLS 

• Ensuring compliance on all branch activities

Get business through Channel Partners

Should have the zeal in achieving targets & selling financial products 

• Should have at 6 months of experience in outbound sales, telesales environment.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills. 

• Adequate experience of handling and successfully closing sales deals (complete sales cycle) 

• An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role.Functional Skill Required:
